I was the one who temp ban you. Your friend was kicked out of server because he stole sniper kit from Carlos and was asking nicely multiple times to give it back but instead of doing that he proceeded being very disrespectful and acting like a asshat.

You were temp ban because you came back and start trolling people and also been disrespectful.

I did tell Carlos in that moment to not behave that way and he was warned verbally

Please do as this guy is saying and look at the battle recorder. This isn't what happened and it would be great if there is evidence to prove what I'm saying. I was driving in the Rover when I was kicked and banned, it wasn't blown up. I was pushing the crate away from the kits laying on the ground with the rover since he had such an issue with people grabbing his sniper kit while it was surrounded by other kits. I got annoyed by his continuous trash talk and nearly ran him over too. Again, I know this is irrational behavior but Carlos was continuously talking trash through this whole ordeal, using the f-word and calling me a pu**y the entire time. Yes, I was doing the same back at him when I got kicked.
The guy in my squad had been following my instructions to get his medic kit. There was no room to be 'running away' with the sniper kit, the rover was a few feet from the crate where this went down. Also, as I said before there were 2 identical land rovers in the immediate area that no one was claiming. The cache was blown and I wanted to move my squad on to the next one (with my medic in possession of his proper kit.)

This is a great rant on the problems facing the PR community but blowing me off as some random whiny player and implying that Carlos was behaving fine is a reason for this type of problem. I don't play PR as much as I used to but I think I've played enough that other players recognize me as a team player with rational judgement most of the time. As far as I see, there's really only HOG and FCV available to casual U.S. players like myself, I don't know what other servers with 'laxed' rules you're referring to that I would be used to. The fact that there's only 2 good servers available is a huge reason why I stay team oriented and don't treat other players the way Carlos treated the guy in my squad.

Geo, there was no asking nicely, the first thing I heard come out of Carlos was "don't grab my f**ckin kit" followed by trash talk. It happened the moment my guy grabbed it while there were multiple kits on the ground.
I checked Carlos on the server tracker and see now that he has over 1000 hours on the server. I would be astonished if you guys have never encountered this kind of behavior by him before, players don't turn into complete dicks all of a sudden.
At the very least I'd ask you guys to be a little more dubious of Carlos's claims and be a little less quick to ban players from them. I've enjoyed playing on HOG for a long time and haven't ever had a situation like this arise before.

Going to put my two cents in, If i recall correctly one of us needed healing, and i believe lung grabbed a medic kit to heal himself and i believe i needed healing as well. so we were patching up. I will admit i did tel them "get the fuck out of the jeep" but that was because they were not complying with a previous request and i believed they were being asshats when one of them took the sniper kit. Just because someone drops the a special kit and grabs a medic kit to heal doesn't mean that kit was free game. You could have actually asked if he was done with the medic kit, but you did not. You instead decided to be asshats. Which led to an escalation. What i am getting at is this could all have been avoided if you didn't feel entitled to something that was not yours. You could have asked the squad that built the fob you spawned on. You could have asked the player who dropped the kit. You could have asked anyone around if they were using the jeep still or not.

The simple fact is you come here and try to throw blame on someone else when you were in fact at fault the whole time. So yeah when someone comes and tries to be an asshole to vet players i will side with a vet player any day, especially one that i have gamed with for several years. Newer players come to this game not realizing that they come on to a game that has been around for quite awhile 10 or so years, and most of us have played it that whole time frame.

But let's digress to another part in the story, about another guy geo banned probably your friend as well. After we banned you, he proceeded to drive the jeep into the enemy mines, and to a known rpg. He then respawned before the admin could act and did the same thing with a logi that was by the fob that had just been reloaded by our squad leader. Resulting in 2 assets lost because he was mad you got banned (or who ever did). I was even verbally telling that person to stop the logi. Could be a coincidence or it could be that he was your buddy as well. From the way as i see it now with all the evidence and the sides that have been told, i believe he was part of your group. But this part isn't related to the whole sniper kit and jeep situation as much.


But what i am getting at is, you come on to this game, and to this server acting like you own it and showing zero to no respect. All you had to do to even avoid this situation was to ask before you acted like those assets were entitled to you.
