Carlos Castaneda

I was squad leading on Al Basrah on the British side about 2 hours ago. The southern cache was being taken out and there was a fob with two unoccupied land rovers south of the cache. A guy in my squad goes to grab his medic kit off the ground near a crate. He momentarily grabs Carlos Castaneda's sniper kit and Carlos immediately says don't grab my f**ckin kit and starts talking trash immediately. I can't remember the name of the guy in my squad (Marshall something I think) but he talks trash back. Carlos has started the interaction over nothing. Marshall didn't want his sniper kit, but Carlos's outburst was so bizarre and annoying I didn't think much of Marshall talking trash back. Marshall and I then get in the land rover and drive off, Carlos then talks trash about that, saying we stole his ride too. There were two identical land rovers in the immediate area and I didn't notice anyone in them for the past few minutes we had been in the area.
Marshall and I get in the rover and drive off, a few seconds later he says he's getting banned and is disconnected. I end up driving back by Carlos a few moments later and call him out for his b.s. behavior. He continues to talk trash back to me, I do the same and then I'm kicked and banned.
I get that this isn't the best behavior, but why does someone like Carlos carry this authority? My behavior was no worse than his. He freaked out from the very beginning by trash talking just because someone momentarily grabbed his kit when there was half a dozen kits on the ground and no way to differentiate them.

* I just realized I didn't make this clear. Marshall dropped the sniper kit as soon as he picked it up. He had a medic kit when we drove off.

First of all the person the took that kit did it and was running away with it not dropping it, then they both proceeded to take a jeep we had brought out and repaired twice, then took it and got it blown up in less than a min if you don't believe me look at battle recorder. If a person is going to shit talk me because of something they took then deal with it how you will. First check the facts make, judgement. Geo was in our squad, and UFeardruid was also in the squad right there at the time. More and more people come on lately acting like jackasses as if this acceptable behavior, I come here to enjoy game play and quality of players, I am not sure if these people whining are used to the other servers lax rules and admins or behaving like the feel without having consequences. I report people when they act like assholes and if that is not an acceptable practice when trying to respect the rules on a server and the admins then perhaps the reporting function should be limited.
