Well, I had a sniper kit and was sniping behind the mountains in Muttrah City when I got shot and CSS Virus took my kit. I respawned and went back for my kit where I asked nicely for my kit back where there was no response expect for changing positions on the mountain. Thats when I knifed him because I felt like that was fair. Why should I get permanently banned because you he took my kit and refused to give it back and asking for it nicely?

You were banned for team-killing CCP_VIRUS for their kit. I reviewed the tracker and it happened to be originally your sniper kit. It's considered fair game for players to take someone else's kit if that person had died in which case, you did die. If you asked VIRUS for your kit back and he denied to do so, that is an asshole thing to do but not a violation of the rules.

Please do not team-kill someone for their kit, especially for revenge. If you died, your kit is free for anyone to take.

Ban may be lifted.
