Ban appeal manpage

I was banned for a crude Vietnamese impression as an NVA soldier. I said something along the lines of "Ching Chong" in a Vietnamese accent, only to LARP as my role. I could see how some could interpret it as racist, but I meant it in no way to be racist and it was only my crude attempt at speaking Vietnamese. Compared to what admins consider as racism and allow players to get away with already, I do not think this was a fair ban and for that reason I am appealing it.

I would also like to apologize for what I said to the people who found it offensive, as I intended in no way for it to be offensive.
