Please unban

- Hi well i was playing this morning i asked to get dropped off at a building that had overview of the whole map. I realized this and took a AA kit off the create the helicopter dropped off for me and waited. I see the enemy heli take off  from the ship it was stationed at after about four or five minutes of it climbing it starts to dive away from the ship. I take aim and wait the DOD protection wore off and it started to ping after that i waited for it to pop flares and it did. After that i shot the missile (The helicopter at this point is almost over the city and the missile impacts it blowing it up) i do believe this was an action out of anger due to the fact there was nothing said about it at all and less then one second after i blew them up i get banned.
{- Have you visited our server rules?} Yes i was visited them and i have hours of experience in game i am fully aware of the DOD rule and have been warned on it before (When i was new) This was not a DOD kill and i did not fire at the helicopter right after it left DOD i waited for the flares to be popped and it was far away from the DOD at this point. If there is some rule with the ocean being the DOD and you can't fire at anything over the ocean then this was my mistake. This is the first time ive felt the need to make an appeal and its only for an hour tempban id like to continue to enjoy my gameplay without being kicked or banned for something outrageous i didn't do.

I'm not the banning admin, but he said I can reply to this appeal, though technically you don't have to appeal since it was only a one hour temp ban. The server alerts us to these violations and does not fault:

It is your duty as a player to know where DOD lies within each map. You are not expected to remember each one, but using the map gallery can help you.
