Unban me

I was in Ramiel with my AA kit at the south part of town where i noticed a Kiowa i Shot my missile and killed it. however i did not notice that it was close to DoD. i got issued a warning i said that it wasnt DoD and they Perma banned me. i understand getting killed or kicked but perma ban Is Extreme.
