permanently banned

a few years ago i was playing a game of AAS and shot my mic spamming squad leader in the head with a rocket launcher for calling me some kind of silly name, I agree that it was immature and that HOG servers are a serious environment that should warrant some kind of restraint from the player to do things that would hurt others' immersion or gameplay 

I'm not sure what account I was using or if steam accounts were even being used to log in at the time, but I see that i'm still banned years later despite having a different computer, account, IP and location 

was really looking forward to playing the only remaining active PR server at a nice crunchy 15 FPS on my 2008 dinosaur computer, nice to see people are still enjoy the game
