I’m sorry if that is not solid enough for you. You’ll have to live with that uncertainty. Judgement calls are made, there is no bible of rules nor will we ever make one. Live with that reality and use common sense. If in doubt, err on the side of safety.

Stay away from enemy main if you do not want to make this a problem. That is my official stance. Just stay away, and stop trying to test the rules.

If you cannot use judgement of what is fair or not, here's something in writing: 

Players within 0-1000m of an enemies main may be subject to admin actions, at the discretion of an admin if the admin deems it to be provide an unfair advantage, or unsportsmanlike behavior for that round, on that particular map, at that particular time.
