Ban Appeal

I said a "racist" comment. I said "chinky Iphones" and somebody said "hey man, that's racist" and shortly after that I got banned. I didn't read the rules, I know now that I probably should have and I really am sorry if that was sought out as a racist remark. But anyhow, I still got banned. How long is the ban for and is there anything that can be done to life the ban if possible? If someone could help me with this that would be much appreciated, thank you!

Thats what you said the 2nd time, not the first time, that was clearly a racist comment as the others in your sqd told you.

Well is there anything that can be done? Is it a permanent ban?
