Ban Appeal [ Permanent ] was created by NeXuS
Dear =HOG= Administrator Team!
In game name: /~'NeXuS'~/

Banned by Administrator: =HOG= Haley
Reason of the ban: I was arguing with admins several times in
all chat, still it is only partially the reason of my ban. By the admin told me the problem
was I was not doing what the admin told me and instead of that started arguing with
him which was by his point of view being disrespectful.
I admit that I did use allchat wrong since It can only be used for reporting and not
talking continously.
I also admit I was wrong in these situations since even if I do not like this that what
admin says must be done and even if player thinks he is not right or he is not
right, still his word must be followed. I play on your server and as a "guest" I need
to obey all the rules and habits.
Events that happened before the ban: I was in transport squad as a
squadleader and delivered crates to mortars. On the way back to main I
spotted enemy transport chopper. I reported it to the team and started
following it, kept giving intel to other squadleaders. Since they knew the
enemy transport is on my position, one of them managed to shot it down
but the chopper was too close to me in front of me when it blew up in the
air, so my chopper took damage. I was heading back to main but when
I was going to land, I could not turn to chopper more and missed the landing
pad, when I touched the ground my chopper blew up.
Administrator Haley immediately resigned me and told me not to fly on the server
anymore cause I wasted that chopper. I told him I did not waste it and I tried
to explain him what happened, but every time he answered as "Just do what I say".
I was keep talking in allchat and then I got a permanent ban since he has been
told by Jevski I was arguing with admins in the past which is true.
I joined to =HOG= TS3 server and asked Haley for his time so I can explain what happened.
He told me he knew what happened, the problem was my arguing with admins now
and in the past.
I admit I could not accept this, I mean the way how the admin team works on this server
since all the servers I have played on before even in other games admins were always
only just executing the punishment which is written in the rules and before they act against
any player, they always warn him even several times if needed to give him a chance to stop
what the player is doing wrong and always inform him about what rule he broke and how, what
did he do wrong before they do anything.
It is new to me that on this server admin's word overrides the rules and he decides immediately
by his opinion what will happen to a player who he finds guilty about anything, even admin
can decide by his own between giving temporarily or permanent ban, warning the player or
acting against him without warning.
I only ask for changing my permanent ban into a temporarily ban even if it will be long.
I love =HOG= except that part as the admin system works, I spent much time in the past
playing on this server.
I like everything in it therefore because of this no matter what I think or belive how things
should work, I will do my best to meet the requirements and not cause any more trouble,
also if I will be able, I will do everything to regain the admin's lost trust in me.
I do apologise for all the problem I caused in the past to admins and for being disrespectful
sometimes. Even if you do not forgive, since I have learnt anyway I accept whatever you
decide to happen to me and should be considered by me as a right decision cause I trust
that still with that power admins have here, they still always do the right thing.
Whatever will happen, I wish the best for the server and I will be glad if I can join back, or
I gladly say goodbye and thank you for all the good moments I have got.
