Deadmanfoot ban appeal *again

I thought you guys were still deliberating on the decision you said "it can be argued about my behavior" when my behavior wasn't sinister or trollish at all just a few mistakes that I have been punished for been banned for 2 going on 3 months. You guys never responded to me telling me wether i'm unbanned or the ban remains. My post was simply ignored in the end.

This was a misunderstanding i did not teamkill him for a KIT and there was no such instance on me even taking the kit. In the ban appeal the words were and i quote "walking in the area as if searching for the kit" mind you the tk was an accidental grenade while under fire in KOKAN***

and the only other time i was perma banned my second time being perma banned was because i tked an admin After round ending. Are these not forgivable offenses?
