Basically i am making the same case as Mectus.
Concerning the reason I was banned which was "ods": I do not think this was the reason i was banned, otherwise please care to explain.
Concerning the "no baserape" rule in question:
From my understanding "baserape" is considered shooting into or at people inside the DoD in this case. I checked www.realitymod.com/mapgallery/images/map...pm_insurgency_64.jpg during the round and I am certain I - and neither anyone else - did not shoot anyone within 50m of the DoD. Considering the DoD is a lot bigger than their actual physical main base I did consider this to be legit.
Following the kick of Filamu und the order to move back from their mainbase I proceded to drive away (i can provide a picture as prood of that, but you can check the br yourself). As I might have misunderstood the rule I inquired what the appropriate distance to move back to was. Then, as I was about 400-600m away from their main i was kicked.
Assuming the mentioned "500m" are not the correct interpretation of the rule, as they would restrict over a quadrant of the map, including several cache locations: Please provide an improvement to the rule making it more clear what is considered "baseraping".

Admining veteran players who know better than to build an SPG outside of their main to shoot at vehicles leaving main is frustrating. It was reported to me and the reporting player said he told u guys to destroy the SPG and later u guys destroyed it. Then one of the ODS guys starts with his critique of the other team...and asks to have the map changed for his convenience... Besides being against the rules, ruining the game play of others, and unsportsmanlike, this the behavior of trolls who do not like the map so they push the rules then demand clarification of the rules immediately, in game, so they can sit on the edge of that rule....Im tired of such players and those who support them. This game is fun and easy to play with a bit of common sense, try to use it.

As this is obviously not a response directed at me but at collective punishment I have to ask why you refused to answer to our collective ban appeal? I made a seperate ban appeal in order to be treated as an individual. If you make a case of collective punishment then let us appeal in such a way.
Considering the accussations in the above post, Id like to relate myself to them:
I did not build or use the SPG. Neither was I the guy mentioned critzising the other team nor did I ask for a mapswitch.
As mentioned in original post I merely asked a sincere question, when I was sure I was not even close to breaking the rule.
Especially I would not call waiting outside their only point of attack bad sportsmanship or even trolling. Being in the opposite situation I take that as encouragement to fight harder or think of alternative strategies, but that is an opinion - as much as yours.
Leaving out me being kicked for "supporting trolls": I did not consider clarfying a rule was considered that. I am not aware of anything else I did which might be interpreted as such.
