Ban Appeal - Nybble

Hi there,

I was just banned from the HOG Project Reality server, and while I understand that policy is not to provide warnings, I am unsure as to what effect I employed to warrant such a ban.

The events leading up to the ban included a friend of mine being banned from the server, for shooting in main and accidentally teamkilling two team-members.
While his actions are independent of my own, and he can take responsibility for such actions, I did raise the actions to the admin responsible, with an in-game handle of 'trigrd lamvanohydrogend', and ask how long the ban was for and under what grounds.
Due to the loud nature of the local chat, I had to repeat my question several times, and before receiving an answer I was promptly banned.

So here I am, confused as to why I have been banned, and seeking more information as to best resolve the issue.
I am happy to take responsibility if I am in breach of the rules, however at this stage I cannot see how that would be the case.

I eagerly anticipate your response, and hope to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Its me. I took the wrong account by accident. So here is what happened:

- Your friend teamkilled 2 guys in main ON PURPOSE using his AK47
- You came up to me asking what he got banned for
- I said 2x teamkills in main (killing driver of a truck and killing the guy next to it asking why he did that)
- You said it was only 1 teamkill
- I said it was 2
- repeat the last 2 points a few times
- I said start playing or leave
- You kept complaining
- I temp banned you (3 hours)

Chat logs and BR confirm everything
I also have 5 wittnesses (PancakeHero probably the best one, since he got teamkilled). Stop saying anything else

Hi CAS_ual_TY,

While I feel the response actions taken were over-zealous, I will accept the 3 hour ban, and en-devour to behave more appropriately in future.

I would also like to express my concern for the ban of Howizzle, and hope that you will reconsider and allow him to return to the server.
