For some reason my teamspeak 3(latest version) is crashing for some odd reason can anyone help me

does it open?
when does it crash?
how does it crash, just error message, or closes completely etc

it crashes when i launch it i tried setting it for Compatibility with windows 7 but still nothing,
i ran it as admin same thing

any other programs running?

start windows in safe mode then try and open it and see if it crashes.

for some weird reason direct X uninstalled it self
its working now
