Free simox

This is just sad.  I don't know what Simox did but he's playing on the goddamn Brazil server because his English skills aren't the best.  I'm trying to get him set up with a HOG forum account so he can appeal.   He's working his ass off on a fishing boat in Morocco for months on end and his only outlet is pr when he gets to the mainland.
I'm trying to help him on discord.  What did he do and how can he get back to current status?

He's having a hard time with English so I am going to appeal on behalf Simox. A similar thing happened with a Chinese clan that was banned and one of his clanmates had to appeal on his behalf do to the language barrier.
