Murphy ban appeal was created by [OD-S]Murphy
Haley had a beef with OD-S and decided to baseless ban a bunch of us, this is something I would expect from BlueDrake over on FCV but the knee jerk reaction was just flat out wrong. There was no trolling, the only thought Haley had was to ban OD-S without any warning, and I'm sure the copy/pasta response from him will be suffecient to the other HOG admins.
I'm here to express what many in the community have been thinking but afraid to say.
Haley is a bad admin, he is harsh, and does not have the capacity to reason beyond defending his ban (which in my case is 100% baseless). Please check the log and find where I trolled. Please find where I fired into main. Please justify my ban with actual evidence other than "He said" bologna. I understand Haley is likely a financial supporter and as such will have a large say in how the administration of the server is handled, but I ask if this is the image you guys are proud to maintain?
I have been playing on this server for years and never caught a ban, and to catch one as unwarranted as this has basically soured me from one of the few PR communities I thought to be sane. I guess in the end I am just disappointed at the outcome because Haley's inability to remain level headed resulted in a farcical ban wave that was utterly unwarranted. The kick to Filamu was a fair warning, and we had moved off of main by the time the ban wave for "Friend of Troll" ensued.
I have poured over your rules section and no where do I see that wearing the same tag as a perceived troll a bannable, or even kickable offense. You might consider amending the current rules to reflect your stance on being associated with "Trolls".
Frankly speaking I expect Haley to come in and firmly state his case to be backed by the other admins to show a united front but as individuals do you not see the issue with an admin over-stepping his boundaries and abusing his ban powers based on a personal vendetta?
These bans set a precedent for anyone who so much as asks a legitimate question that rubs an admin the wrong way. Administration of a server is not for everyone, especially those who cannot step out of their box of thought and view the situation objectively.
This is rocking the boat where I truly wanted to simply enjoy PR with friends in peace, unfortunately this community is being strangled slowly but surely. I can only hope this incident will clear up some horrible aspects of your admin team that have been around for way too long. I understand how you guys operate all to well to expect anything but condescending comments highlighting how players are wrong and admins have the right to do whatever they please with the money they are spending on the server.

Did u build an SPG near main? Were ODS players near their main?
Do not attack enemy bases unless there is an attack flag on it. Bases that have no flag on them are considered out of limits. People that are trying to bend the rules or like testing the limits will be removed. The rules are clear enough, stay away from main bases.

and i had expected something better from you murphy. Your implication that he pays to be this way is silly and is something that we expect AND have seen come from bluedrake over at fcv.
I have been with hog for nearly 10 years or more and no one has been financially grounded to this community. Your accusation on this front is childish and is baseless as you have no proof as such and actually we can prove your accusation wrong.
im going to leave this between you and him as he is a head admin here and is the banning admin but being insulting is not how to carry on a conversation, that was tried in the server if not by you, others and it got blown out of proportion.

We have built this server for many years. We attract more players than any other server. We credit our members, friends, the pub players who play on HOG nearly everyday... and the admins for this success. We will always have players who choose to play elsewhere...players that hate our rules or our methods...we accept that.
I understand your anger with me and see that you do not approve of the way I do things....and other players like u dont like my admining either...No one can please everyone. We find that the majority of players just play the game to have fun. Based on the results of our long term success I would say that we have done very well.
I appreciate your insight into my finances, what other PR players think....its fascinating.
Admins are discouraged from commenting on the bans made by other admins....therefore no circling of the admin wagons...so your expectations of admin support based on what you have seen before are unfounded but understandable...
Your ban sets no precedent...this will make maybe the 5th clan tag we have banned....I think the precedent setter was TP....

Please review my baseless ban for "Friend of troll" further.
I was insulted by being banned for no actual reason, if you expected me to come here with my tail between my legs begging for forgiveness for something I did not do you are mistaken.
Sad that this will end my enjoyment of PR, based on one mans ability to rage ban and the inability to apply logic to the situation.
